Suchness was exceptional! A must go when visiting Taos! The vegan options were plentiful. House made quinoa tempeh was to die for! My husband had the salmon and loved it! We shared the kimchi rice cakes and they were out of this world! Perfectly spiced! The restaurant was beautiful and the open kitchen pristine! Loved the vibe. Definitely will come back when we are here again!

C’était divin on a mangé tartare de bœuf en entrée et les pétoncles et les pâtes tout était excellent le vin était aussi très bon !
On aurait aimé avoir un dessert mais on avait déjà trop mangé. Tout était parfait
On est du Canada sinon c’est sure qu’on retournerai souvent à cette endroit Bravo ! Au chef et à gentille dame et à fait le service .

If you can, GO! You will not regret it. Such a beautiful and intimate spot, our party of 10 felt taken care of and were wowed by the food. One of us ordered the caviar, which was fun and unique. The salmon was to die for, as well as the lemon pasta. The J + T (non alcoholic version of G+T) was deliciously tart and herbaly. Butter mochi for desert was perfect. Meg was so lovely during the whole booking and dining process, and our server was kind and attentive. Anytime we are in Taos, I will make it a point to stop by!

Kevin Sousa is a gift to the Taos culinary arts. We’ve had a handful of great chefs in our area and Kevin deserves entry into their company. Wow! We had 6 of the 12 options (carrot tartare, rigatoni, lamb, rabbit, octopus, stone salad, rice pudding and mochi). Five star amazing. Wonderful mix of flavors. Kevin is a spice alchemist. Mocktails were also outstanding. Service is also amazing.

If you're reading this wondering if you should go the answer is yes. We went back to back nights because we were so impressed by the food and the staff was so kind. The octopus was amazing as an appetizer and for dinner we had the lamb on night one and grouper on night 2. We finished it with desert the mochi cake. 100% We will be coming back!!

The best food and dining experience in Taos County. Sophisticated cuisine that’s creative and never pretentious. Attentive service with just the right amount of touches. I’ve never had anything I didn’t love.

Delicious, flavorful food. Comparable to fine dining in major cities. I loved every dish, but thought the starters were extra fantastic. Great wine too. So many gluten free options.

Damn, this place is great.

I’ve lived in Santa Fe for 8 years and can’t remember when I last had food this good, the overall experience this phenomenal. In my unprofessional opinion, best restaurant in NM at the moment.

One of the issues with NM restaurants is food may be good one time you go, but then it’s just not the next time — aka, there’s a lack of consistency.

It was like eating at a restaurant in New York, no detail spared.

And, as you’ll notice from the attached photo, the whole dining area is within sight of the kitchen — you can physically SEE just how organized and well put together their whole operation is at every point in the service.

This place was so attentive to all things, even with the second owner being seemingly the only one to host / serve / bus at this time, that I just can’t imagine any lack of consistency in the quality of dishes occurring here.

Not currently serving alcohol but that shouldn’t be a set back from trying it before they have some crazy wait list with how popular this place will soon become.
