I love it here! I’ve gone to many other salons to get highlights and never liked it but I’ve been coming here for the past four years and it’s amazing! I love my hair color and I always get compliments on it.

I came in with some very dead ends super duper dry and split (everything you could think of) my hair has been thinning and going through all types of breakage (covid and had a baby). Josselyn did a great job giving me a style that helped camouflage my thin hair, getting rid of all my wild breaks and splits and reassurance my hair is growing back. I greatly appreciate my new style and your expertise. Thank you.

Cousin came in for a brown balayage. Looks just bleached. Didn’t even add any color to the hair and if she did there’s nothing. Money pieces are huge chunks of her hair when it’s only supposed to be thin. Refused to offer a method to help fix the issue. Then refused a refund. Horrible.

Most of the reviews at the bottom are spam to clear out the bad posts but I would not recommend this place to anyone in need of any hair need. My cousin went into the shop to get her hair done just so she can come back with unfinished bleached hair and 0 blending she will leave your hair a mess save the trip!!!!!!!

The owner did my hair. I had originally asked for blonde highlights and I end up with ash blonde so it looks more grey then blonde. Although she did a very
Good job on my hair. It took 5 hours and she was very rough on my hair. when she would comb it she would pull it very hard. She also started talking stuff about me in Spanish thinking I didn’t know Spanish. This is place is very unprofessional. I will be looking for a new salon to do my touch ups and hair. I hate to say this but I will definitely not be back

Was so disappointed in the outcome of this. I had just about 2 inches of brown hair and I wanted to get a rebase to have an ombré balayage. The girl messed up my hair so bad and i had a line with darker hair at the bottom, needless to say she did not care to color match my hair. She also did not care to check up on my hair processing to make sure there was no breakage or damage, she was talking on the phone carelessly as if I wasn’t going to pay enough money to at least care for mY hair which is what a cosmetologist should do. I payed $200 for the service. When I went back to try to get it fixed, they only tried using a darker toner, which eventually faded away and professionally they should know it needed a color correction which wouldn’t be needed if they had done the job right in the first place. Please do not go here and have your hair ruined! The girl who worked on my hair was Estefany.

I have been here a few times and that's only because I wanted to give this place a chance.
Very unprofessional, middle aged employees behave as if they were teenagers. Worse than that, they are rude. They completely ignore the customers even when the customers have appointments and the employees are ALWAYS either running behind or late. This place never opens on time and so regardless of what time your appointment is scheduled for, you WILL have to wait. The employees have their regulars and favorites and spend so much time working on them and gossiping that they rush their work on the waiting customers. Paty is the worst and she's the OWNER! Constant interruptions and distractions. Awkward seating and just overall bad experiences. Don't believe me? Go at opening time and the only people there are customers waiting with scheduled early appointments. The owner and employees don't even apologize for their poor work ethic. Diana is the only one there who is polite. STAY AWAY, go somewhere else!

I would recommend this place if you know who is cutting your hair because their are some professional hairstyles if you ask for the right people.
