I’ve visited twice and my dip nails were well done. My only complaint is that this 2nd time the clean up of my nails was less than desirable. I would hope the tech would catch this without me having to call it out. Also, the pedicure (my first here) while relaxing, left something to be desired with the polish job. They took their time and didn’t rush, but failed in the clean up and edging. All in all, I could have painted my toes better than they turned out, but did enjoy the massage and callus removal treatment.

Clean but not happy with nail design. Asked for a simple white arch but it’s very uneven. For $45 I want my design to look clean. If the nail techs are not skilled with nail art then don’t say you can do it. Pedicure was good though

As someone who loves to get their nails done consistently I was not pleased with Belterra nail and Spa. I called them at 10:15 to make an appointment for Saturday. I was told I could not come since they were already booked for the day when they take walk ins. I came in as a walk in and the person at the front desk said it would be an hour wait. He went to talk to someone came back and informed me it will be a 3 hr wait. I explained to him that he just told me it was going to be an hour why the time difference? When I came back for my appointment at 12:30 they got my to a table in a timely manner. I showed the nail Tech a picture of what I wanted (below) and there was no issue when I showed it to her. The tech picked the base color and I chose what color glitter I wanted…when it was time for the glitter part she informed me that what I wanted couldn’t be done since the base was too light and the glitter didn’t show..At this point I was frustrated because she was asking if there was anything else I wanted. The pictures below is what I wanted vs what I got at the end this simple nail was a total $54. For what? I’m not sure. I will not be coming back to this establishment again.

I’ve been here a number of times and it’s hit or miss. I’ve had some really good pedicures and some really bad pedicures. Today takes the cake for the worst pedicure. Nail polish all over my toes, tech was throwing his snack trash in the foot bowl, super painful trimming that I had to speak up on and seemed relatively lost in what to do for the massage portion. Not sure I’ll be back after this one.
