Super chill spot and stones throw away from Balboa Harbor. The shopping plaza hosts C'est si Bon Bakery, Hydration clinic, USPS etc. Great spot to hang and have some lunch. C'est si Bon bakery is perhaps most popular and very busy.

The negative: Parking is extremely limited and most is taken by C'est si Bon bakery customers. Right across the street however, there is another parking lot. Not sure if you can park there, but I have in the past while visiting.
