I came in and got bangs a few days ago, left feeling iffy. As the days go by I hate it more and more and I cannot get over how bad it looks. I am so upset and I cannot do anything about it. She took off way too much length. She called my wavy hair 'straight', and I've spent almost a year now trying to figure out how I should care for my hair. I went in expecting to be given tips for care like I was last time. I didn't get my receipt, and I don't remember the name of my stylist. All I remember is that she told me she was "scared" when it looked like my bangs were off in the mirror. I genuinely don't want to leave my house anymore. I wish I could turn back time and not go for a haircut at all, I don't understand how this is okay for $68. Very nice lady otherwise, and she didn't charge me for my bangs because she knew she messed up.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this location that I feel compelled to share. Two weeks ago, I spent over $400 expecting a high-quality service, but unfortunately, it was the worst I've ever received. The staff seemed rushed and inattentive, which resulted in a lackluster haircut and color that didn't meet my expectations at all. They put the toner twice still wasn’t able to match it

Since my visit, my hair has only gotten worse week by week. The color has faded unevenly, and the cut looks unkempt and poorly styled. I left feeling frustrated and regretful for spending so much money. I had hoped for a transformation, but instead, I ended up with a look that requires more fixing. I wouldn't recommend this salon based on my experience.

Mariam did my hair today and she did such an amazing job! I asked for highlights and a cut and she absolutely delivered. She was super concerned about making sure we were on the same page for colour and style that I wanted, which totally paid off. She threw in a few extras for me because she wanted my hair to look super healthy and to my liking. I absolutely love my haircut, it’s super subtle but adds an amazing refresh that I was looking for. Thanks so much Mariam!!! I will definitely be coming back in the future!

So I blindly booked here for Jenny , had no idea what she was like or looked at the salons work like webpage. Instantly she captured my attention on her conversation and the way she treated me as a client and she is a sweet person. I told her what I wanted and she delivered it to what exactly I wanted ! 5 stars without hesitation!!! I'll be back Jenny !

Miriam did my balayage today and absolutely killed it! She did exactly what I wanted and used her own experience and advice to make it even better, next time I come to Chatters i’m definetly gonna be requesting her!

I got my hair blow dried and styled but it was the worst experience. My hair looked terrible I was so unhappy with how it looked.This Afghan girl who did it had no idea what she was doing. She didn't even know how to properly use a hair straightener. She pulled my hair really hard to the point it hurt and that went on for an hour. At the end the curls looked very uneven and my hair looked really messy. I wasted $54

Could not be happier with the stylist Mariam. She took her time and gave me a great cut. I will continue to go there as I have confidence that she is knowledgeable and very nice 😊
