I just wanted to take a moment to share the wonderful experience I had when I brought my daughter in for a haircut at your salon. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and child-friendly, making it such a pleasant experience for both of us.

A special shout-out to Monika, the hairstylist who took care of my daughter. She was so patient, kind, and gentle throughout the entire process. My daughter felt completely at ease in her hands, and it was clear that Monika has a natural talent for working with kids. Not only did she give my daughter a fantastic haircut, but she also made the whole experience fun and stress-free, which I truly appreciated.

I’m so happy with the results and will definitely be returning for future haircuts. Thank you for creating such a positive environment and for having such skilled and caring professionals like Monika on your team.

We scheduled an appointment and got to the store early. My son is 20 months old and it was his first haircut. Nell, my son’s hairdresser was able to see us 10 minutes early. She was patient, friendly, and quick, but gentle. My son was nonchalant and didn’t really notice what was going on up until the end. We purchased the first haircut package and had a great experience. I would highly recommend Nell to everyone who’s thinking of getting a first haircut for their child.

I recently took my child to Monika for a haircut, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment we walked in, she made us feel so welcome and comfortable. We just came in this morning to have my daughter’s hair cut for the first time. There were two kids getting treatments and screaming loudly when we got there, so we took a little walk and came back when it was quiet so my daughter didn’t get scared off. The stylist was nice and very soft spoken. However, despite showing her several photos of what I wanted, she cut my daughter’s hair much too short, especially in the front. I should’ve spoken up and said something, but I didn’t want to micromanage and I trusted her to cut it like the photo. Now it’s choppy and blunt and looks like a boy’s haircut. And my daughter sat perfectly still the whole time, so that was not the issue. Not only did we lose the length and her beautiful little curls, she now has a haircut neither my husband nor I are happy with.

We have been using services and buying products from Lizzy Lee since they opened their first location. Hair cuts, spa treatments, birthdays and now, my daughter, at 14 just got her second ear piercing from there. This store is SO dialled in to what kids want and need in their experience. The store manager helped us today with the ear piercing, which still generated nerves for my kid and she was SO patient, kind, helpful and did a fantastic job at liming up the piercings, recommending the size of stud and material. I recommend ANY body (young and old) come and check this place out for piercings. They also have some fabulous beauty products. An amazing detangler and bath bombs that are emollient and come in different sizes which is unique! Love this place - thanks team for your amazing service today!

We moved here in 2021 and have been coming for my daughter's hair cuts ever since. It has such a wonderful ambiance and environment for kids! They have TV's at each station, and add in fun little braids, clips, and sparkles at the end.

We had my eldest daughters 5th birthday party here in March 2024 and it's now July and she keeps asking to have the same one next year. The entire thing was absolutely amazing start to finish! Her and 5 of her friends were treated like princesses, got to dress up like fairies, get adorable up-dos, nails painted, and there was a crowning ceremony. The hosts were fabulous! It was such a beautiful experience and I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone, it's near and dear to my girls and I.

I brought my boys here for the first time to get haircuts. Their haircuts were not at all what we wanted. They didn't get any finishing touches at the end. We weren't offered a prize at the end of the cuts. It was closing time, and I told the hairdresser we would be back the next day. I was really upset. I called this morning, and they would not even do partial refund. The service was horrible. The manager was rude. We won't be going back.
