Pretty good store overall. During the week in the middle of the day it seems to draw a lot of the elderly population which is great to see. Fairly happy with this store. It was overall good, like a satisfactory level of everything. It wasn't run down, or crowded, but was somewhat lack luster on certain inventory.

I really like this Walmart. It's been clean every time I have visited. Products are accessible. If there is stocking, a staff member offers to move or retrieve an item. I've seen plenty of available staff that I've been able to ask for help, and have even been offered help if I look lost.

Leo is an older African American gentleman and is a greeter at the store. I was leaving the store and when he asked for my receipt I told him I had threw it away. He told me I needed to go get it. I told him it was in the trash. He then told me " that's where you should be" I was with my 3 yr old daughter as well. Every time I go to this store and have to interact with him I am nothing but respectful. I ask him "how is it going", and tell him to "have a good night". He NEVER says a word to me and never even looks at me when I speak to him. Tonight he crossed the line. He does not need to be in customer service he should be fired. He basically disrespected my daughter as well. He is lucky I am a person with self control

The staff is nice and always helpful. Pick up is however an absolute nightmare no matter what time of day, what time within the hour window. I think Spark is a huge problem and that people just park there to shop or hang out but 40+ minutes of waiting with blasting music and carts everywhere for a pickup is crazy, not fair the extra work the pick up staff has to do. Regular pickup customers are getting screwed with this Spark nonsense.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Asked several employees to help me locate something within the store and they literally rolled their eyes, told me they can’t help me and walked away. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Went to this location on 2/3/2025 around 9am and witnessed the ABUSE of an unsheltered person by a store security guard!!! The unsheltered person was picked up and THROWN to the ground by a security guard 2x his size!! This is ASSAULT and the security guard should be FIRED and charged with ASSAULT!!! And to make it even worse, the security guard BRAGGED to passersby about how he was "built for this"!!! UNACCEPTABLE!
NO ONE should be physically abused over shoplifting!!!

Their delivery service is awesome along with their very large inventory. Return policy is reasonable. I have been shopping at this store for 22 years. The best.

I order groceries from here frequently and I won't be anymore. The people that bring out our groceries are rude and damage my items all the time. I get if you hate your job but I didn't tell you to go work there. It's not my fault walmart is a trash company and doesn't treat their workers fairly. So, I won't be giving my money to that company anymore. Hope people follow.
