Recently visited spa villa and had ab absolutely wonderful experience! The ambience was serene and relaxing, instantly putting me at ease. The staff was professional and super attentive, ensuring every detail was perfect.

Opted for full body distress massage and it was heavenly.
So the place is most recommended.

I recently visited this spa and had a very disappointing experience. First of all, the masseuse did not speak or understand Hindi or Marathi. she had no idea what kind of oil she was using for the massage, which was quite concerning. The massage itself was not great and did not meet my expectations at all. Overall, the service did not justify the high charges. I expected a much better experience for the price I paid. I would not recommend this spa to anyone looking for a relaxing and professional massage experience.

I bought a gift voucher for my mom’s birthday. The girl named Joe was assigned for my mother’s massage session & she was in a hurry to go home, she didn’t finish her job and didn’t even provide my mom with any towels or doormat after shower. My mom literally had to phone call me after waiting for 20minutes and i had to ask the staff to give her a towel. Moreover, when I asked why is my mother unattended the management replied Joe has gone home. I was like in the middle of the session? I was extremely angry with their service because they weren’t cheap but the quality of service they provided was horrible!
I felt they took advantage of our services being prepaid because it was a gift voucher. Furthermore, they do not have any locks which blew my mind because my mom was so uncomfortable. Many male clients were roaming outside and it wasn’t safe at all!

I complained to the staff who was there and they promised me their owner Neha would call us and resolve this issue but we never received any calls from them. No wonder the services are horrible because the owner doesn’t take complaints seriously.

I regret investing my money here!
