Jazz did an incredible job and took me and my mom in on a walk in basis. We LOVE our nails and service. Easily one of the best manicures i've ever received as my cuticles usually bleed and my nails are more sensitive. Jazz uses only good products and is very gentle with the service.

I went on the 9th of July just to take off some acrylics.
I walked in and asked if there was anyone who could take them off and they said that the lady at reception could do it since it was an easy job.
She just ground off the polish and gems with the electric file, which was mostly fine even if she caught the sides of my fingers a few times. She then added acetone to it and basically just ripped the nail off.
It has been a month now and the nails are still all ruined and weak. They keep breaking and won't grow, they have line dent marks in from where she ripped them off (around halfway up my nail now that they've been growing.

I was going to leave it as it was obviously the receptionists first time but it hurt a lot, my nails are broken and they still charged me 22 pounds.

Would not recommend.

I booked my appointment for 3 pm. Despite arriving on time, I had to wait for half an hour. It wasn’t a completely bad experience, but it wasn’t a good one either. After waiting patiently, I was attended to by someone who didn’t seem very professional. It felt like I was being experimented on, as the owner was showing another girl how to apply extensions on my hand. In the end, I wasn’t satisfied, and my nails came off within 10 days, just before my trip ended.And Ofcourse they charged extra for stones.

Jade was so lovely and helpful, especially on a Sunday when most salons are closed. Coco has a lovely environment, the service is great and the prices are really fair - better than most other spots in London. Thank you again, Jade!

BEST SALON EVER!!!!!! We were walk-ins to this salon when visiting Edinburgh for the Taylor Swift concert… Jazz had decorated her salon celebrating Taylor’s presence in the city which drew us in, and we were able to get same-day service for blowouts. Our hair came out perfect and we were sorry we didn’t have time for nails because we saw her excellent work! More than the hair and nail service, the salon has a chill and fun vibe that has you feeling decadent and luxurious!!! My daughter says she wants to come back to Edinburgh JUST to visit this salon again and wishes Jazz lived local to us. Can’t recommend it enough - will give you home away from home feels!!! Thanks Jazz!!!

I had a pedicure last week, the treatment cost £48 but it is last for 30 mins which is very expensive for treatment without colour. Salon looks nice so.
