I left my child to be cut out and I gave them my wife's number so that when they finished cutting it they would talk to her so that she would go for him and they did not, being able to see the mother called to pick up the child and not they did it. Then I proceed to call and talk to the owner and he got away with things and saying that they are not babysitters when maicol, the one who cuts, promised to call when they finished cutting his hair to go and pick up the child, the Owner was contemptuous, and answered with Rude and not friendly and he even said that he was going to call the police when I just wanted to let them know that if a parent leaves some instructions and they agree that it's okay they should comply with them and not let the child out for that reason I give it zero stars in fact I I never cut my hair here because they don't cut it well on two occasions that I went, much less am I going to go now with the ignorant attitudes of Mr. Fernando.

I’ll give it two stars because the new guy Arturo did a bad job on my hair, not satisfied. But not just that. It’s overpriced but then again nowadays it’s like that everywhere.

My son gets his haircut here they are gentle and super fast leaving his hair perfect. They always hand him a treat before he leaves .

They just canceled my appointment without letting me know and I already canceled all my appointments for the day since I have a schedule with them. It’s very unprofessional! If I did not call 3 hrs before my appointment, I will not have any idea at all that they canceled it and NEVER heard even a single sorry from them.

Asked the main guy to not cut the back just the sides and he cut the back and cut way too much on the top when I asked him not too, 2nd time I go here and he does what he wants not what you ask him too
