My female friend had her nails re - extended here with a silver hard gel finish ( do not know technical name) She was very impressed with the quality of the work, as she usually does her own at home to a professional standard that's high praise

I just had a Casi treatment done at Solo Carlisle and must warn customers that it was a very disappointing experience. I was told it was a 30 min treatment for £30. but The therapist spent 15 mins massaging my face first and then literally used the casi machine for 10 mins, and charged me £45 saying the additional £15 was for the massage she did before the casi. I thought the initial massage was part of the treatment.
I was not explained properly what the process involved or included. her explanation was very brief and she did not do any of the before and after care procedures / treatments that are essential when taking a Casi. Therapist seemed not experienced and not much knowledge of CASI . A very disappointing experience, will never use SoLo again. People in CArlisle be warned that Casi treatments have more indepth procedure, before and after care, to it than what Solo Carlisle is giving at the moment. very very poor service at Solo.

Been going to Solo for years, staff are very professional, friendly & make you feel at ease. Treatments are very reasonably priced too. Would highly recommend!

Great Salon, lovely therapists & fab treatments. Just recently had a CACI Synergy Facial, amazing! Can’t believe how good my skin looks & feels!
