Great concept as a salon, and initially nice staff.
Unfortunately the colour wasn't what I expected even from a relatively new staff member. The cut was ok. I imagine if everything goes to plan then it's lovely here. Sadly though I had issues with the colour - it was nothing like the picture I showed them (I have since had this confirmed by other salons that what they did wasn't even remotely like what I asked for). I was made to feel quite intimidated like it was my mistake rather than the salons. For a while I wasn't offered any help to achieve my desired results without paying again. Eventually I was offered to give it another go but when I got there the atmosphere dropped and I felt so awkward even though I'd done nothing wrong. In the end the colour didn't go ahead and I was given a refund. But I would not recommend the hair side of Bodhi to others, and that was largely influenced by the poor service I received and rudeness of the owner being so unwilling to help. Such a shame as I really admire their ethics.
I am going to go to another salon that uses cruelty free products instead.
