I recently rented a street-legal golf cart from B&W Golf Cars. On Saturday, while driving it, the cart broke down, and I had to leave it in a parking lot. The next day, Sunday, after being unable to restart it, I texted Reid. To my surprise, he responded promptly, and shortly afterward, he and his brother arrived to tow the cart. This is what I consider excellent customer service. Having managed sales and customer service organizations, I hold a high standard, and they exceeded my expectations.

Awful. Owner told me it would take 2 days to install new lithium batteries - it took 3 weeks. I called every few days and was told excuse after excuse. Owner (Steve) only called me after I demanded they return my cart. It felt like they had my cart hostage. I would avoid this business.

They we're recommended to me by a neighbor so my expectations were very high. Well , they did not disappoint.Everyone from the guy who picked up my cart ( who by the way had to push the golf cart from the back of the property all the way up to the driveway in the heat! And he never complained by the way) were great . They stayed in touch with me every step of the way explaining what needed to be fixed. When you call a real person answers the phone I talked to Steve multiple times and as busy as he was he always had time for me. Once I called after hours and rather than leave a message I just hung up and before you know it Steve was calling me back, you just don't get service like this anymore. They were all very knowledgeable and fixed what needed to be fixed, didn't fix what didn't need to be fixed and cleaned the whole golf cart inside and out. Sorry this review is so long I just can't say enough about this company.

My mid 80 Legend golf cart needed so wiring repair. Call or stop by half dozen shops, all who didn't have a clue. Called B&W and Steve knew right away the Legend and had the shop manuals and parts it needs. If you having trouble finding a fair/honest shop, with a depth of knowledge to work on just about ANY cart, give B&W a call.

What a great Company! First moved here needed a Cart to move people around my community. Bought a Cart from Company across from our business, not B&W. My Biggest mistake! Short of it, I got no service help or love from dealer I purchased from. I tried for months. I gave up and reached out to B & W. Richard Fox GM of Company and head of service... knowing this was not one of their carts picked up my cart on 2 occasions and made the repairs. Followed up to to make sure I was satisfied. That is how you run a service business!! I will be up grading my cart and without a doubt a B & W cart will be sitting in my Garage!!

They had a specific part I needed at a good price. The service was courteous and quick. I noticed the part I got actually had incorrect nuts that came from the manufacturer, but the staff member fixed the issue right away by giving me the correct size nuts. I would come back to purchase more parts.

I needed a golf cart made street legal, which included needing seat belts and the other basic requisites. I'm unversed in this area, so I paid what I was told it would cost because they had a good reputation. Not only did it take over double the time (4 months) I was told it would (actually was told 1 month but I stalled for a month after they already had my cart, feeling uneasy and I should have trusted my gut), but since paying a nearly 6k bill for the service, I've been told time and again I was utterly ripped off. I've debated a review since I did in fact pay the fees, but having just been told by a competitor that it should have been 1/2 that at most, I'm now livid and warning others. Communication back and forth was also poor at best and one gets to the point where you just pay to get it over with, but that's not the hallmark of a good business. Be wary.
