Had my hair cut by Ana. The cut was great but then she had to ask whether I wanted my hair blow dried or left wet? keep in mind it was snowing outside. So yes, I would like my hair blow dried. Then she asked if I wanted it blow dried alone or with a round brush? Big difference between the two if you ask me. I asked for it to be styled with a round brush. She did not have to proper tools, she was too ruff on my hair and scalp. She ended up frying my ends by applying direct heat from her cheap blow dryer to my hair. I've never had a worst experience from a hair cut alone. I have been going here for some time and I will not be going back. Service has gone down hill and the prices keep going up $35 dollars for medium length hair. Please do your hair a favor and pay an extra dollar at a top quality place. 👌

I've been coming to this place since it opened. I've always loved the cuts and the price. Customer service was good until the guy Raul came along. Likes to give attitude, acts like if he's the owner of the place, and acts like if it's privilege to be there. Bit by bit I see how much respect this place is losing because of it. I feel bad for the other workers there, I hope for the best for them.

Love this place! Been coming here since 2009 now staff is always cheerful and friendly. I love the way Luly makes me look every time I come in. Also absolutely love how Ana does my daughters hair every single hair stylist in this beauty salon is super talented!

Every time I go in here everyone is friendly and welcoming. I hardly speak Spanish but they do a great job of making sure you are getting what you want. They treat me great. Wish it wasn't $20 now but I understand they need to make money

Luly did an absolutely amazing job on my hair this weekend! I’ve got white hairs coming through my brown so decided to go blonde with some highlights. She meticulously took her time, focused on me the entire time (not hopping around to other people like I’ve had at some other salons), and made sure cut and color were perfect. I haven’t dyed my hair in over a decade and know with blonde it can be hard to get it right, and I’m super impressed with the results—my hair is still super soft and no brassy/orange at all. I also am a bit hearing impaired so salons with all the blow dryers make it even harder for me to communicate when I’m in there, so I’m happy I was able to show her a picture of what I wanted and she may he’d everything perfectly. Definitely going back and highly recommend!!! 😁

Our family has been getting their hair cut and styled by Carlos for many years. He is personable and does a great job meeting each family member’s requirements. That is not so easy. 😶We will continue using their services as long as Carlos works there.

They were packed when i stopped by and thought I'd have to wait for a long time. However the stylists seem to work with speed and yet manage to do a great job. The lady that cut my hair gave me exactly the cut I asked for and worked with me to make sure I got what I wanted. Thanks.
