Pho was great! Regular size was just right if you're not very hungry. Soup is flavorful not too oily.
Sandwich are so good my friend didn't share.
Would definitely recommend. Bakery is next door has lots of desserts.

Favorite Vietnamese restaurant in New Orleans!
I make the 25 minute drive from metairie to eat here, and the bakery is great too.

I like the vietnamese food in Houston, but this food is just as good. TY

Look no further for the ultimate Pho experience! The broth was a perfect balance of savory and rich, allowing each ingredient to shine. The meat was tender and bursting with flavor, with each cut adding a new dimension to the dish. The noodles were velvety and divine, making every strand a joy to slurp. The staff was kind and attentive, the atmosphere was spotless, and my food arrived quickly, completing a truly exceptional experience.

I grew up driving to New Orleans East with my family and friends just to eat at this family-owned Vietnamese restaurant. Dong Phuong remains to be the best Vietnamese restaurant in New Orleans! Great food, great portions, and great staff. Our favorites are the com bo luv lac, porkchops, banh hoi, pho, and Vietnamese iced coffee!

Hands down one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in New Orleans. My go to meals are Com Thit Nuong and Bo luc lac! It always hit. It’s family owned and they are always friendly and nice.

Phenomenal family owned Vietnamese restaurant. Love the pho and my fave dish is the Korean bbq ribs. Their spring rolls are my favorite spring rolls in the world!

Some elite vietnamese food that tastes like ya mama's cooking. Sad they reduced their menu since their olden days, but their current menu still has staples. Can't go wrong with a good bowl of pho or bun bo hue.
