I do not know HOW they have any good reviews. The 3 hour process for 2 pedis, 1 full set and one dip powder…. Was the LONGEST most miserable I’ve ever insured at a nail salon.
Started off by booking an apt, we got
In it was beyond busy but we were told we could sit down right away, we got into our pedi cure spots and water was cold, I asked for it to be heated more she slightly turned on hot then stopped, now it’s Luke warm. Proceeded to do feet the slowest you could possibly do them, for them to look slanted and bubbly from gel polish not being done correctly. Cold stones, cold towels, just was a horrible experience. THEN we get to the nails, I had Susan and my friend had another girl. Susan was great and listen to mostly what I wanted, but yet my nails still turned out like chiclets. My friend was having a horrible experience as her person was dipping and dipping her nails so much that she had a mountain of dip powder on her nails. She told the girl she wanted them taken down and that it was too much the girl started aggressively sanding down and kept cutting my friend REPEATEDLY even though she had kept telling her that she is cutting into her finger and the girl just kept huffing and puffing and dipping. We finally said no more and wanted out of there. paid $250 for the experience. We look for places to bring our clients and this will not be one of them.

Also, dirty hand washing station was already a red flag. They are only good to those they know and the rest of them do not care.

Meh. Took my daughter for her first mani pedi yesterday. Her polish is already chipping on both hands and legs and she's not done anything other than be at home.

My manicure is disappointing. I asked for a natural french ombre and showed pics. I had 3-4 different people come work on it. But it doesn't look much like the pic. Just.looks whitish... looks weird. But whatever. Got up to pay and was surprised at the price. The two ladies were very insistent that I tip. I really didn't think the work they did deserved the tipping, especially after the price tag but whatever I gave into the bullying and added a five dollar tip.

I would have given one star but the two stars is for the young gentleman who was really good with my daughter and made an effort to actually talk to her. I think they can do basic stuff but anything more sophisticated I wouldn't trust them with.
Won't be back .

Ok… here’s a video of the day I got my nails done and also a picture of how it looks 7 days later. I was feeling “ok” about them on the day it was done (not satisfied, just ok) but genuinely wasn’t expecting to be like this after only 7 days.
The massage was great, I have to say, but I went in there mainly to get my nails done and can’t help but feel like I should’ve done it myself which is VERY unfortunate and trust me, I don’t feel happy at all saying that.

Daniel did my nails this time and I am super happy with them. Spring time! He always listens to me and does what I ask or what I like. And will help me make a decision if I need help. His shaping and care to detail is always on point. Plus, he’s time efficient! He’s friendly and will banter with you i love it.

Only reason for not a full five star is I wish their tools were cleaner and where they store them.

I had a regular spa pedicure with gel polish. It was the best pedicure I've had in years. I was taken care of by a young man named Alex, and to say he was meticulous is a huge understatement. He even asked me if I had anywhere to be right away, because my toes needed extra attention and wanted to spend the time to do it right. 100% recommend and I will be going back!

Very pleasant employees and manicurists. The place is a little high volume and hectic, but convenient. We were acknowledged, asked to sit and then put into massage/pedicure chairs within 5-10 minutes. We did not have a reservation. If you’re looking for a quiet relaxing spa environment, this is not for you. If you are looking for a reasonably priced and friendly establishment, this is your new go-to! We did spa pedicures with gel and were both pleased with the experience and quality.
