They said they switched pharmacies because of shipping time but will be getting same medication from anew pharmacy in Florida. It was actually a pharmacy in az the product was diluted with b6 and that was never disclosed pre purchase and on the bottle it says compounded and not pure medication yet the nurse and front desk person swore it was same exact medication I was getting hits different dosing. Why would dose change if it’s the same exact medication. Do not trust this place. Go elsewhere.

This place charged me $600 for hormone treatment, pellets, which left a scar, and popped out after two months. They won’t give me a refund or a new pellet. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS RIP OFF, they don’t care about customers or results.

I contacted them and their “solution” is $100 off next $600 I spend. No thank you. Not a solution. Replacing the pellet would be the only solution

I used this company for Mounjaro. The price was reasonable, every dosing you went up was an additional $50. So 2.5mg was $450 and then 7.5 should have been $550. I went to get my second month of 7.5 and the lady charged me $650. $100 more than what I paid the previous month. When asking her about the price change she just starred at me like she didn’t know. A month later, they called to tell me about the prices were going up and to order my refills before the price change starting the first. So I was charged the new price before the price change went into effect I was taking phentermine with the MJ and would get it every 2 months since I only took half at a time. I never needed an appointment to get a refill unless it was time for blood work. This one chick in the office always makes me get an appointment for a refill and then tries to charge me for the appointment. I asked about that policy and she said “its always been that way unless you got lucky in a walk in for the refill”. They also messed up my blood work and I had to go back in and get it redone. Then they said I hadn’t done it since June when I literally just did it last month.
This place is so disorganized and unprofessional now. 10 months ago it was amazing, now the staff just doesn’t seem to know what they are doing. Incompetent staff Records are missing. Blood work missing. Prices keep going up. There are other places you can use for you medical weight loss. Go see them.

Do not use this company. They are prescribing unsafe medication to their clients and telling them to take it after it has expired.
I ordered semaglutide through them back in February. I ordered a three month supply. It came in the right dosages with syringes. The price seemed reasonable, which was $1000 for the three months. The medication was overnighted from the Pharmacy so it arrived still chilled. When I finished the first order I decided to order through them again. Their prices had gone up substantially up to $1300 for a three month supply. They also didn't tell me of the price increase until the very end of the appointment. After I placed the order they said it would be about a week before the medication shipped. After about a week, I called and they said whoever told me that was wrong and it takes about 2-3 weeks to receive the medication. About another week later they reached out with the tracking information. It was shipped on August 4th and was set to arrive on August 10th. If it reaches a certain temperature for too long it can't be taken. Once I received the package I immediately called them because the medication was warm and all of the ice packs had melted in the shipment and were also warm. I also noticed the dosage was completely different from what I had ordered before even though I had ordered the same dosage and they didn't include any syringes. They said to come into the office and they would take a look at the medication. I went in on Saturday and they took a few pictures and said the manager would get back to them. Later that day they called to say they spoke with the manager and this is the correct dosage and that the package was overnighted so it should be safe to take. I told them I had the shipping information that shows it was not overnighted. I also mentioned that the manufacturer of this medication says to discard the medication after it has been opened for 56 days. They said that was nowhere on the bottle so it should be fine. I double checked the manufacturer and it says to discard after 56 days but they didn't seem to care. I was told a manager would give me a call back but I still have not received a call since Saturday. I also reached out to a friend of mine who is a Pharmacist and he was able to confirm that this medication is not safe after it has been open for 56 days. He also said that since it had arrived warm there was no way to confirm its safety and recommended not taking the medication and reporting them to Med Watch and the Colorado Medical Board as what they are prescribing isn’t safe.
