Disappointed. Brought to tears.

Upon seeing the reviews online I thought this salon would be a good salon for me to get my hair curly cut and styled. I brought photos of how I usually style my hair which are the last two photos, and mentioned how I style my hair. With the hair cut and wash i was initially optimistic. After seeing my hair during the styling my optimism began to fade but i decided to try and trust the process as i am not a professional stylist. My hair was left in disarray and upon leaving the salon in 40 degree weather my hair was still wet. Once I got home I realized how uneven my hair was and I could see just how crunchy and not well defined it was. I’m so disappointed. Especially with the price point I would have been better off just staying at home.

Elena is AMAZING!! I got a terrible haircut at a different salon and went to her for help, within a 15 minute consult she understood my hair and concerns completely. She even ended up doing a “quick fix” before my actual hair appointment next week, and completely transformed my hair! I am so so happy I found her! She’s the sweetest 🙂

I just got a haircut at Inzio that is bad enough to immediately require a corrective cut. It is so uneven--bangs different lengths, near bald spot in back, different length sides, random pieces sticking out--that I will almost certainly have to go to a short cut to have it look normal. So much for growing my hair out...

Update: The owner of this salon contacted me quickly, offered me a refund, and a corrective cut. I had already had the cut fixed, but I really appreciated the follow up.

It took me 6 months after moving to the DMV to try a salon, and I'm glad I waited until I found Inzio!

Chevelle is nothing short of a magician - wish I'd thought to take before & after pictures.

I have long, thick, coarse, wavy hair, and she knew just what I needed; I walked out with smooth, beautifully shaped tresses and just had an all-around relaxing experience.

Don't be too alarmed by the $$$. I purchased several products & needed A LOT of work!

I came here wanting a subtle color, sandy blonde with a hint of rose, which was admittedly pretty challenging to achieve. We weren’t able to get there in the first session but the owner took me in a few days later and tried sample after sample until we got the result I had been looking for. The stylists at this salon are dedicated to getting you the results you want and all in good humor. Highly recommend!

I called this morning seeing if they had time for a walk in (I moved to DC a year ago and was long overdue for a haircut) and Alyssa was able to take me despite it being a saturday right before the holidays. Not only did Alyssa do a great job on my hair, but the overall vibe of the salon was so peaceful and welcoming. When I went to check out my total was even less than what I thought it was going to be (I had booked extra time that we didn’t end up needing). I immediately booked my next appointment with her after she was finished as I think this will be my new go-to salon. Overall amazing experience would recommend to anyone looking for a quality haircut/style at a reasonable price!

I had an amazing experience at the salon. I have long (mid back) loose curls and Chevelle did an excellent job working with my curls. I'm grateful they offer a curly wash and set service! The salon is really clean and beautiful. I was treated with great care and was super comfortable.
