We saw Long and Kayla for mine and my daughters full set. This was our first time seeing them after going to several other salons we didn’t like. Kays nails did not disappoint! Both techs took their time and checked several times that we were both happy, not to mention their prices are way more affordable them anywhere else we’ve been with better quality work. We will definitely be back! Thanks Long and Kayla!

I give it two starts because the lady who did my nails i asked her to make them straight and she just smile and nodded 😐 she also cut my cuticle. Definitely rushed. For my first time ever getting my nails done I expected to be listened to.

Absolutely LOVED this nail salon. Was on a work trip from out of state, they fit me in and did the best job on my nails!! The care they took to get them just right was awesome ! If you're in the area, check them out! No credit cards. Cash or venmo or zelle.

I have gone to this nail salon for over 2 years, their customer service has always been great! The last few times I've been there, my nails have not lasted for two weeks!

My nails on my left hand all came off after one week, I contacted Long and he told me to come in. He wanted to charge me $65 to fix his mistake, I walked out! I went to a salon in Denver the next day who only charged me $50 to correct his mistake. You will never see me again. I'm extremely disappointed in the fact that when I left, you didn't reach out or try to correct your mistake.

You've lost a long time customer over your arrogance. SMDH!

I travel all over the country, so it’s a challenge for me to find a good nail salon. Kay’s Nails did an amazing job! I was a walk-in, so I anticipated a wait (which you should if you walk in without an appointment!). They let me relax in a massage chair and gave me water while I waited. She did an outstanding job on my hombre dip! Not a clumpy mess that she had to file away. She was precise and took her time and I love the combo! My definite go-to nail salon in Pueblo!

They are always fitting me in to their schedule that best suits me, my nails are always so well done. If there is ever something wrong with a nail or polish, he fits me in to fix the issue, which has only happened once. I would highly recommend them! I love getting my nails done here.
