Was gifted a back neck & shoulder massage from my sister, had the 1st just over 2 weeks ago, I suffer from lower back pain, Georgia was brilliant, just the right amount of pressure, my back feels so much better, i went back today for a full body massage, just as good as 1st treatment, spot on pressure wise, soothing music, peaceful wee room, i really can't fault it, nice premises & reasonably priced. Georgia is brilliant, Magic ? ✨️ Hands. Definitely recommend.

I had a great back,neck,shoulder and scalp massage with Lisa. One of the best I’ve had. She was super nice and made me feel at ease throughout it all. The girls run this lovely salon well and do their best to please all customers, can’t fault them at all! will be booking again very soon. Thank you 🙂

Had a Groupon voucher booked a time slot and explained that had to be that time due to family commitments got a text day before appointment asking me to change time which was unsuitable for me people should know this establishment is only open 3 days per week probably says it all. Lady was nice but an appointment is an appointment

This business has very poor customer service and the staffs are rude and disrespectful. They do not understand the importance of people management and value, won’t pick up calls then call you when they feel like. Groupon voucher is the biggest way to rip people off of money with there no refund policy. Beware!!!! At your own risk.

Bought a Groupon voucher for a massage it was the worst experience I've ever had. The owner was rude and insulting, I felt uncomfortable. Poor value for money, it's absolutely the worst massage I've ever had ever the whole time I've lived in Glasgow. The place seems cheap and dirty. The shop needs a real good scrub in there, along with the owner. I don't know how this place is in business. Would not recommend this filthy hole. Plenty more out there. Stay away.

Bought a neck shoulder and back massage off Groupon as I have been having upper back problems for about 2 months now, booked in with Lisa. Honestly...First ever massage I have had and your damn right ill be rebooting for another one, absolutely spot on, all the ladies in there are absolutely on point, even catered for me having the kid with us as I couldn't get childcare..so ? to Lumiere Beauty Clinic..you have gotten yourself a repeat customer

I bought groupon voucher for back, neck and shoulder massage few months ago, after my first massage (which was so relaxing) I bought 5 other vouchers from Groupon, thought I will use one every month. The first massage was 45 minutes. The fine print said 1 hour including consultation so I was happy with that. But for the second massage, which was exact same type, I was only given 30 mins. I didn't say anything because I thought I may have bought a wrong one from groupon but it was the exact same as the first one. I ended up getting refund for all. Little disappointed considering the price I paid £24 per massage.

Hi thanks for your response. You should get the fine print updated on groupon as it says 1 hour including consultation. If its only supposed to be 30 mins than its misleading for the customers. Thanks

Had a voucher as a gift for a massage but needed to rearrange. The manager told me if you cancel within 48hrs of your appointment you lose out, and that my voucher was now gone. If I wanted to rearrange I’d need to pay again! So rude and unfriendly and basically stole my money. So angry and unhappy, would not recommend.
