I want to say a huge thank you to Gearys as a whole. This is by far the best authorized dealer you can ever go to! They treated me so special I felt like the president for 30 minutes. I was first approached by a welcoming security guard that was expecting me. Directed me into a private room and lovely JOANNE introduced herself. She made me feel so comfortable with her beautiful and welcoming energy. She presented a tray of sweets and refreshments while I was waiting. She made the experience 10x more special than purchasing anywhere else. After we were all wrapped up they had a guard escort me to my vehicle to make sure me and my new time piece made it safely. 11/10 recommend Gearys. Referring all my friends and family to GEARYS, this is the only place they should be purchasing time pieces from. Thank you once again Joanne and most importantly Tom.

Gearys Santa Monica Rolex Boutique is amazing! I have been to Rolex Boutiques around the world and visiting this location stands out to me. The staff are usually very friendly and helpful when shopping at Rolex, but the representative I worked with (Maral) was exceptional. While browsing the shop, I told her what watch I hoped to purchase next. She quickly grabbed my information and added me to the list (I know, THE LIST...) where I assumed I would just be another nameless entry on a 3 year long waiting journey. What surprised me was that Maral actually followed up with me on more than one occasion to check in. That has NEVER happened to me except when being contacted about a piece that's available. She went above and beyond to make the experience warm and personal which is also a first for me. When I did arrive to purchase my watch, Maral was there to greet me and provided me with a flawless experience. I love Gearys Santa Monica and can't wait for my next watch!
