I was at Salon Success Academy for the manicuring program and I loved it. Miss Patty is a great instructor and part of the reason why I improved so much in what I love to do is because of Miss Patty’s time and knowledge she gave me and other students. All of the other instructors were also great at what they do and I learned a lot from them while I was in school. Overall I had a great time at SSA and I am grateful I was able to have such an awesome instructor that made me love doing nails even more!

Mrs Ghada was my substitute teacher for 2 days and I was able to learn so much from her. She explained everything thoroughly and I loved it. I appreciate her so much and would’ve loved if she stayed longer.

Horrible unprofessional service, supervisor threw a pen at me when I informed them I wasn’t happy with the hairstyle. Save your time, money and dignity, do not step foot in any of these locations. The supervisor on all locations act like Highschool cholas, that’s putting it nicely! They refuse to provide their upper management information bc they don’t want you to escalate the issue and report them!

My appointment was set with Imani. The front desk greeted me politely and promptly. Imani came to the front and she greeted me with a smile and a hello and walked me to her station. I had a gel manicure. Imani took her time and I could tell she really took pride in her work. She massaged my hands and I have never had that before at any nail shop. My gel manicure lasted just over two weeks and looked great. It gave me more confidence in showing my hands and nails. Thank you Imani!
