This little place over the years everytime I have came to visit a family I know sents the 90S but lived here sents early 2000, and still dose , well it's always been pretty peaceful and quiet little neighborhood. I had made plans to buy a house here one day , and live here but life took me in a different direction. The Jimenez family I know seemed to have been living here for all this time very comfortable.

the female manager of this place is the most rudest person ever, Pool worker didn’t let us in the pool giving us attitude knowing she passes by saying hi to us every time knowing we’re residents of the mobile home we forgot our key one time but they see us every time, the manager came and started being sarcastic and rude. Again I took my sister and cousin to the pool my mom was just about to come and one of the ladies comes out and says we need adult supervision I am 15 and it says UNDER 14 I am well above the age and am able to take my siblings. But they have something against us, and they came to tell my mom we’re not respecting the rules when it says exactly in the rules that under 14 we need adult supervision and minding you one of my cousin who is also 15 came with us. We were respecting the rules we aren’t the only ones who do this we pay rent in time, one of the supervisor knows us and the manager knows my sisters well. WERE RESIDENTS, they are so rude but once we start giving the same energy back they get mad. All of them have the most nastiest attitude.

Been driving by this eyesore of a trailer park for several decades now and the lots have always looked outdated and trashy. Hasn't changed. One almost feels sorry the people that never climb out of that heaping pile.

Not a bad park until you have an annoying neighbor and kids throwing balls into your property. Manager doesn’t do anything. She’ll let them tow your car if you’re parked in the visitor parking but can’t do anything about those annoying kids. Clearly just here for a check.

Lived here for most my life and have seen many changes. Management has changed and they are nice and understanding, although there are some unfair aspects and policies. RENT IS TOO HIGH, NOT ENOUGH PARKING FOR RESIDENTS, and of course some common problems that come with living in shared spaces. I do believe management tries their best, although I wish office ladies could engage with residents more without preferences.

This place is just a lottery if you in a good part you good .but if your neighbor is bad ? your place call home is the worst place.
To many kids playing around with not respect to your property they throw ball to your window and to your cars .
Management wants the rent and that it.
Also to many homeless walking around,
They still your stuff.
Plus is very expensive year to year.
