Paola is a lash master! I love my lashes every time I come in. I fill mine once every other week and the retention is really great! Prices are amazing for the quality of beauty care you get. Overall excellent business!

I had a full set lash appointment with Erica last week. I waited 24 hours before getting them wet and washed them everyday with lash wash. A few days after my appointment, I noticed a lot of the lash extensions were falling out and there was a lack of lash retention.
I have gotten lash extensions in the past and never had an issue with lash retention with my previous lash artist.
I called with my concerns within a few days but had to pay for a 1 week lash fill to get it fixed which I declined. Customer service can go a long way and I think more could have been done to make it right.

Everyone here is super friendly! I see Paola every two weeks on the dot for a volume fill because she does an AMAZING job and gives me exactly what I want in volume lashes, which is surprisingly hard to find in other lash places, it seems (at least for me, because I’m particular in how I want mine to look). She’s very proud of and clearly cares about her work, always providing quality service when I come in for my appointment. I’ve been to many different lash artists since I started wearing extensions several months ago. They all charge more than Pink Papaya AND their lashes either look bad/not what I want or fall out within a few days of me getting them filled. My retention has greatly improved since I started coming here. I’m glad I decided to give this place a try!

Paola is hands down the best lash artist I have been to in the area. She saved my lashes from the damage they endured from a previous lash artist(s) and she is always meticulous. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with her!

I made my appt with Paola and even called to confirm a few days before the appt that it was with her. When I showed up on the day of the appt, I was told that Paola no longer works there and I could either have someone else do the lashes or leave. I asked when Paola stopped working there and they said the week before. Forget that I had called a few days prior to make sure I was getting Paola and nobody mentioned that she doesn’t work there anymore. Talk about dishonesty!
So I let one of the other lash techs do it. I came back in 3 days because a lot of it had fallen out. She was nice enough to refill them. However they lasted barely a week so I didn’t go back.
The dishonesty and trying to get customers at all cost is not how you grow a business

Here is my experience, I had been going to Pink Papaya for my lash extensions since September (7 months) having to go every week because my lashes were falling off (no lash attached, simply falling off the lash) and not holding the curl despite changing anything and everything suggested by Paola the lash tech (even buying a lash fan and drying them). I’ve never had this issues and I’ve been having my lashes done for 5 years. I have since gone to another person and I’m going on 2 weeks without needing a fill and the lashes are holding the curl. Now I’m no expert but for someone like me, to sit there and be told “it’s you” when it in fact is the cheap product, well you make your own decision but I’m not thinking this is honest service.

Pink Papaya is amazing! Victoria did my lash lift- and she did such an amazing job. They are so professional, and friendly! And the space is so immaculate! After 3 weeks my lashes are holding strong ! I can’t wait to go back for my next appointment!
