If no star to be offered was available I would choose that one as my experience with them was horrible.
So last weekend I had walked in and asked if I can make an appointment to get shellac manicure done but the lady friendly offered me have a sit and make it at the same time. I didn’t know after 2 days I’ll be that disappointed and my £35 manicure will come out as being a joke.
First thing that upsets me was the huge gap left on all fingers, the shape which is not even from a finger to other, after 2 days bobbles of air showed up also the cuticle work was equal with zero. I’m having shellac regularly and this never happened to me not even after 6 weeks since was done.
I walked back to them today when I was able to because I work till late and also have kids and asked for refund and the lady complained that I came too late and what she can do is to re do them for me which of course I refused.
I ended up with a £15 refund out of £35.
Ohh also they charge just cash and are not happy if you book online through TreatWell or other apps.
Don’t recommend this place left you a bad taste after this experience and the thing that upset me the most is their attitude towards me and I’m sure I’m not the only one ?

I had a problem with my nails and they were great at helping me. Place for nails and other aesthetic specialties. I made myself hands and feet. Professional and pleasant. Everything very clean and taken care of. Low price. I do not recommend semi-permanent fantasy colors with glitter, better with gel.

They always do a great job. They’ve also fixed broken nails for free, and suggested the right manicure for me. I run a bookshop, so my nails have to be strong! They are also very friendly, and have created lovely connections with all of their long term clients. Cannot recommend them enough.

My daughter and I got acrylic nail extensions and could not be happier with the results! Both technicians were attentive and careful and not rushed, spending time to get a truly perfect finish. We were both delighted with the results & will definitely return. The salon itself is beautifully decorated and clean and bright. Wonderful!

The service at Umi was incredible. Every step of the way they ensured that the length, colour, and shape of my nails was exactly how I wanted it which led to such a beautiful result. The salon itself is beautiful, it doesn’t smell like chemicals and the staff were so wonderful. Will absolutely be coming back!
