I had an amazing experience at VIO Med Spa in Aventura! The staff at the front desk were super nice and greeted me as soon as I walked in. Karolina provided an exceptional facial that left my skin feeling rejuvenated and glowing. She was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The spa itself is super clean, beautiful and has a relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend VIO Med Spa for anyone looking for top-notch spa services. I'll definitely be returning!

I was excited to hear that I won a VIO Med Spa Facial! I was contacted right away and scheduled my appointment with Ashley! This was my first time getting a facial done so I was a bit nervous. I arrived and I was greeted by the front desk ladies, they were welcoming, offered refreshments and handed me the consent forms. I noticed how the spa was clean and inviting. Ashley welcomed me into the room and asked questions about my skin, brief medical questions and explained step by step. During my service, I did not feel any discomfort, she was very gentle and kept checking up on me making sure I was ok. I was so relaxed! Ashley was knowledgeable and friendly and recommended products for my skin type. Really a great experience! Thank you!

Love Vio and all the ladies that work there. I drive about an hour out of the way just to go to this location. I've been to a lot of different med spas but the service here is unmatched and they work with you to get you a competitive price on services. Happy to be a member with them!
