I turned up late because it took longer than expected to de-ice my car, but Chanel was so understanding and managed to reschedule my appointment for the same day. My last brow lamination (at a non-Benefit shop) went terribly wrong about six weeks ago, but Chanel was amazing. She explained what went wrong and checked in with me at every step of the process, which was super reassuring. She clearly knows her stuff and how to fix these things!

Although it’s only my third time getting a brow lamination, this was by far the best experience I’ve had. I’m so, so happy with the results!

Chanel at Benefit @ Gyle fixed my brows after having a previous person ruin them so badly!! Chanel brought back my brow confidence and made the service super comfortable. Will definitely be back as she is the best in the game.

I visited the counter for a Brow Wax and Tint. Chanel was fantastic and did a great job with shaping my brows. She was very friendly and took the time to explain each step. I have a "dodgy" brow and she really made sure that she got it in the best shape possible.

The lamination process was very quick and fuss free. Chanel made me feel at ease throughout. It's made me love my brows even more!

I am quite wary about hygiene as well. Chanel made sure everything was clean before use and used disposable tools where necessary. I feel confident using the service again based on this experience.

Lastly, I really appreciated her taking the time to put makeup back on my brows once she finished.

Delighted to have come across the Benefit BrowBar at the Gyle. Morven was lovely and did an amazing job, talking me through all the steps to make sure I liked the tint level and shaping. Unlike other in-store counters I didn’t feel exposed or in view of passers by so it was a really comfortable experience and I appreciated the time and care taken over my brows. Will be back! ?

Chanel is just amazing! She is so professional, friendly, really knows her stuff and properly listens to what you want. I'm pretty sure she could do an amazing job with her eyes closed!

Had Morven for an eyebrow wax and tint today she was very professional and friendly. While getting my eyebrows done quickly and painlessly. Overall it was a great experience and my eyebrows turned out exactly how I wanted!
