Salon was very clean & they use sanitized tools for each client. Appointments were started on time and the front desk girls were very kind. My manicurist did not do a great job. She may have been new, because my friends nails were great. We came here as an engagement gift and I was stoked by all the great reviews. We booked an appointment together and then were separated to the point we couldn't have a conversation. My friends nails looked super cute and her lady seemed to do a good job. Meanwhile, I have never left a salon with so much excess gel on the sides of my hands and clumpy thick/jagged acrylic left under my nails. The girl did not ask if I liked the shape, thickness or if I was even satisfied with anything before she packed all of her things and left to the front. It was $55 for my natural nails, no fake nails added. The quality is similar to when I am doing my own nails at home. No cuticle oil, no lotion or hand massage either like a normal salon. I had to use acetone and a file to clean up my hands once I got home. My index finger is already getting hair caught under it not even a week later. 😣

I’ve been going to Mia N and she is amazing ! She’s worked with me and the designs I’ve wanted each time I went to her she sweet and I would just overall go to her every single time I got into polished!

Unfortunately, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I had booked an appointment and had enjoyed their services before, so I was looking forward to getting my nails done. I was taken to a chair and the tech put my nails in extra hot water, and asked me to start wiping them off myself then left to go play on her phone. I was taken aback but then when she saw I couldn’t hang with the water she came back. Next, in her filing and cuticle trimming she cut me multiple times and my nails were so crooked. When she asked me to look, I asked if she could file the crooked ones down and she huffed like I was an inconvenience. I had asked for chrome at the end and no other salon has upcharged me, but without vocalizing they charged me an extra $15 for the chrome. I just wanted to leave. Needless to say, thoroughly disappointed, and will not be returning.

Misa was very nice and did a great job on my gel manicure and pedicure. She talked with me a lot. The staff were friendly and the Salon was very clean. I will definitely come back.

I have given BOTH polished locations more than enough chances. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I specifically asked for someone who is detail oriented for my acrylic fill and manicure. The tech would NOT give me a manicure!!! She completely finished my nails, told me to wash and that I was done. I said "no, I asked for a manicure" she said "I cleaned them up". No lady, you did NOT clean them up. After several back and forth s she finally did a half effort manicure.
The quality of my acrylic fill? Absolute GARBAGE!!! They're chunky, the edges are atrocious, they're not smooth whatsoever, and I broke the tip off of a nail 3 days later. The tip of my REAL NAIL!
Oh, the color selection they have? Nothing is actually in stock.
Thanks for nothing. I will be sure to spread the word about NOT using this low quality and high priced establishment.
I work 12 hours a day, 7 days a week now and won't even have time to get them redone elsewhere.

My grandaughter celebrated her 6th birthday with pals, being pampered by the super, professional and attentive staff!!! They were terrific...even allowing cake and beverages! It was a delightful experience for everyone, including moms and dad...and we are raving about the awesome time we all had!!! My little Princess had a wonderful time ...we will be back. Highly recommended!!!!

I have gone back and forth about leaving a review. Pictures unfortunately don’t do Helen justice on how awful my experience was, maybe it was because I said no to tips, I keep my nails short, and only wanted a solid dip color. She acted agitated, frustrated, annoyed and in a hurry. My nails are thick, lumpy, and uneven. One side is round and the other is a 45 degree angle into my cuticle, when I pointed this out she was put off and acted like she had no idea what I was talking about. She told me they would grow out in two weeks and it was because I wanted my nails short. They were perfectly trimmed and filed short when I initially came in.

In another note, Vi saw my daughter and did outstanding on her gel mani/pedi. She was kind, friendly, patient and spoke to her.

In the past I have seen Mimi who is also great but wasn’t in this day. Unfortunately I won’t be back.

Love going here for my dip! They always do an amazing job and they always seem to be in such a good mood! Everyone there is always joking and laughing with each other so it puts me in a good mood too 🙂 they take their time and do an amazing job with designs and solid nail colors!
